VTube-LASER Intersection Near Pass Deviations
VTube-LASER understands tube shapes where 3-D lines are expected to intersect. However, it is rare for 3-D lines to intersect perfectly in the real world. So, VTube-LASER has a mechanism to deal with this issue.
When finding 3-D intersections, it calculates the nearest pass distance. If the near pass value is reasonable (below a preset tolerance), VTube solves the intersection by taking the average point where the 3-D point should intersect in space.
