VTube Space Object Tube Straight Metrics Definitions
Linking Space Object locations and angles to tube straights in VTube is possible. This describes the various metrics that you can display and report.
"NormV" = Normal Vector
This is a shortened version of "normal vector." For a Space Object, a normal vector is a bound vector perpendicular to the surface of the Space Object. It is "bound" because it starts at a point on the Space Object, then projects along a ray from the object. For example, a circle NormV starts at the centerpoint of a circle.
NormV Nearpass DistanceThis is the distance from the Space Object's normal vector to the straight line where the two pass each other in space. | ![]() | ![]() |
